We’re delighted to welcome Fin Castle to Consultive Solutions Limited as our new Business Development Manager!
Fin brings a wealth of experience in building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Beginning his career in hospitality, he spent seven years developing excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills in fast-paced environments, creating a genuine passion for working with people and understanding what drives long-term partnerships.
Since moving into the security industry, Fin has made an impressive impact in business development, contributing to new product launches, developing regional trade partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting sustainable business growth. His collaborative approach and commitment to delivering practical, long-term solutions make him a fantastic addition to our growing team.
