Following the success of our 2024 event, Consultive Solutions Limited is delighted to announce the return of our Developing Safer Environments seminar, now expanded for 2026. Join us on Thursday 1st October 2026 at St James’ Park, Newcastle from 10.30am to 4pm, for a day of expert insight, networking and discussion.
Hosted by Derek Scott, Managing Director of Consultive Solutions Limited, the seminar will feature keynote speakers from areas of expertise in the safety of women and girls, The Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025, and the importance of early engagement in designing and delivering safer, more secure environments.
Alongside the seminar, delegates will have the opportunity to meet a range of exhibitors showcasing innovative products, services and expertise that complement the topics of the day.

MARINA MILOSEV – URBAN PLANNER | UN WOMEN UK DELEGATE CSW67 | GENDER SPECIALIST
CO-FOUNDER OF BEYOND THE RED LINE
Marina is an urban planner and co-founder of Beyond the Red Line, a consultancy focused on creating people-centred places. Throughout her career, she has helped shape cities and worked on major urban regeneration projects through her roles with the Mayor of London and internationally with the United Nations, including on the recovery of cities in Ukraine.
She is an internationally recognised expert in designing cities that work better for women and girls and is currently contributing to Glasgow’s Feminist Urbanism Toolkit. Marina has twice been named an RTPI Woman of Influence for her work advancing gender equality in the built environment.
